General Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use
THRIOM
(the “TS” or “Terms”)
1. Application and Opposability
These Terms govern the relationship between THRIOM S.r.l., Via Carlo Poma 1, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT/Tax code 14106230965 (“THRIOM”), and its clients (“Client”).
They apply to all THRIOM services, products, offers, bookings and invoices, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing or attending any THRIOM service, the Client confirms to have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Products and Services
THRIOM offers the following:
- Drop-in: single class credit, tied to a specific booking. Non-refundable in case of non-attendance and late cancellation.
- Pack of 5: five class credits for use across eligible sessions. Credits expire as stated at the time of purchase. Non-refundable in case of non-attendance and late cancellation.
- Memberships: recurring monthly plans with automatic renewal, providing a set number of credits per month depending on the chosen tier, plus access to additional benefits. Full details of each membership tier are available at thriom.com.
- Private Training (PT): 1:1 or 1:2 sessions by appointment.
- Workshops & Events: separately priced and not included in memberships unless explicitly stated. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Gift Cards: redeemable for eligible services only; never exchangeable for cash.
Activation: All products activate on the date of purchase.
Age: Regular sessions are open to clients aged 18 and older.
3. Conclusion of Agreement
- Online purchases are binding but become final only upon email confirmation from THRIOM.
- Errors in confirmations must be reported within 5 days.
- If a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, THRIOM may cancel and issue a full refund.
4. Membership Terms
4.1 Registration Fee
A one-off registration fee of €100 is due upon commencement of any membership. This fee is non-refundable. If a Client cancels their membership and subsequently re-joins at any time, the registration fee is payable again in full before the new membership activates.
4.2 Minimum Commitment and Duration
All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the activation date. After the initial 3-month period, the membership continues on a monthly auto-renewal basis until cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation of Membership
To cancel a membership, the Client must provide written notice to info@thriom.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect the following month.
Cancellation of the membership does not entitle the Client to a refund of any fees already paid, including for the current or final month.
4.4 Auto-Renewal and Payment
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis. Payment is charged to the payment method on file on the renewal date. Class bookings require a valid, active payment method. In the event of a failed payment, new bookings cannot be made until the outstanding balance is resolved. THRIOM will notify the Client and the payment method will be retried. Access to the club and booking functionality will be restored promptly upon successful payment.
4.5 Credits and Unused Sessions
Monthly membership credits are personal, non-transferable, and expire at the end of each billing month. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
4.6 Guest Passes
Guest passes are included in certain membership tiers as specified at thriom.com. Guest passes are intended to introduce new people to THRIOM and are valid for individuals who have not previously visited THRIOM. Guest passes are valid for the quarter in which they are issued and do not roll over. Guests must be accompanied by the member and are the member’s responsibility during their visit. Guest passes are non-transferable and may not be sold or gifted independently of the membership.
4.7 Co-Working Lounge Access
Members have access to the THRIOM co-working lounge during opening hours, subject to availability. Use of the lounge is subject to the following conduct rules:
- Phone calls are permitted but must be kept at a low volume so as not to disturb others.
- Noise levels must remain considerate of other members present.
- The lounge must be kept tidy at all times.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the lounge. Refreshments are available at the THRIOM bar.
THRIOM reserves the right to restrict lounge access in the event of repeated non-compliance.
4.8 Price Changes:
THRIOM reserves the right to adjust membership and product pricing at any time. Members will be given a minimum of 30 days’ written notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR, VAT included. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Classes and events must be paid before attendance.
Accepted payment methods are those shown on the THRIOM website, app, or at the front desk.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)
For online purchases, Clients may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
Exceptions:
- Services fully performed with the Client’s prior consent (e.g., classes already attended).
- Personalised goods or services.
To exercise this right, email info@thriom.com. Refunds will be made within 14 days via the original payment method.
7. Booking, Attendance, and Club Rules
7.1 Booking
Sessions must be reserved via the THRIOM website or app. Waitlists are available. Confirmation is provided at the time of booking or upon waitlist promotion. A credit is deducted at the time of booking.
7.2 Check-In and Punctuality
Clients must arrive and check in at least 5 minutes before the session start time. Entry will not be permitted to any client who arrives more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. No credit will be refunded for late arrivals refused entry.
Early exits from sessions are discouraged and may disrupt other participants.
7.3 Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations of class bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time via the website or app. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend without prior cancellation, will result in the credit being forfeited. No exceptions will be made.For Unlimited tier memberships, a €15 fee will be charged per late cancellation or no-show, in addition to the standard credit policy.
7.4 Club Conduct
Clients are expected to respect other members, teachers, and staff at all times. The following rules apply throughout THRIOM:
- Phones must be kept on silent and are not permitted for use in practice areas.
- Photography and filming are not permitted without prior written consent from THRIOM.
- Equipment must be cleaned and returned to its designated place after use.
- Appropriate training attire is required in all practice areas.
7.5 Footwear Policy
THRIOM operates a no-outdoor-shoe policy throughout the club. Outdoor footwear must be removed upon entry and stored in the designated shoe area. Access to the functional training area is permitted only with clean, indoor-only training shoes. Protective shoe covers may be provided for club tours or exceptional circumstances. THRIOM reserves the right to restrict access to any area of the club in case of non-compliance.
7.6 Reformer Pilates – Anti-Grip Socks
Anti-grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates sessions for hygiene and safety reasons. Clients without appropriate socks will be required to purchase a pair at reception before accessing the Reformer Pilates room. THRIOM reserves the right to deny participation in the session in case of non-compliance.
7.7 Lockers and Personal Belongings
Lockers are available for same-day use only. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then donated. THRIOM is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings.
7.8 Schedule Changes
If THRIOM cancels a session, the credit will be returned to the Client’s account or the session will be reasonably rescheduled.
8. Medical Suspension Policy
Standard memberships are non-suspendable. The only exception is a medically certified suspension:
- Duration: up to 2 months.
- A valid doctor’s note must be provided to info@thriom.com within 10 days of the suspension start date.
- The suspension pauses the billing period for the certified duration.
- Requests must be submitted by email to info@thriom.com.
9. Health Declaration
By purchasing any product or attending any session at THRIOM, the Client confirms that they are in adequate physical health to participate in physical activity, and that they are not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
It is the Client’s responsibility to inform THRIOM of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before participating in any session. THRIOM teachers and staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice.
Clients who are pregnant must provide a valid medical certificate confirming they are cleared to participate in physical activity before attending any session. THRIOM reserves the right to refuse participation without such documentation.
Clients who have recently undergone surgery, experienced injury, or have a chronic health condition are strongly advised to seek medical clearance before attending sessions. THRIOM reserves the right to refuse participation if a Client’s health or safety is at risk.
10. Rights and Liability
- THRIOM owns all intellectual property in its brand, schedules, methods, and content.
- THRIOM provides services with professional care and diligence (obligation of means).
- THRIOM is not liable for indirect losses, theft or damage to personal belongings, acts of third parties, or outages of the app or website.
- Independent practitioners (e.g., physiotherapists, massage therapists) operating at THRIOM are solely responsible for their own services.
- Clients participate in physical activity at their own risk. A liability waiver applies to the extent permitted by Italian law.
- THRIOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of serious or repeated misconduct, without refund of fees paid.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with THRIOM’s Privacy Policy, available at thriom.com.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or government orders. If such an event persists for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the agreement without liability.
13. Assignment
THRIOM may subcontract or assign its obligations. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
14. Miscellaneous
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force. Delays in enforcement do not constitute a waiver. The original version of these Terms is in English; in case of conflict between language versions, the English version prevails.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Tribunal of Milan, subject to any mandatory consumer venue rights under applicable law.
