General Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use
THRIOM
(the “TS” or “Terms”)
1. Application and Opposability
These Terms govern the relationship between THRIOM S.r.l., Via Carlo Poma 1, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT/Tax code 14106230965 (“THRIOM”), and its clients (“Client”).
They apply to all THRIOM services, products, offers, bookings and invoices, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing or attending any THRIOM service, the Client confirms to have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Purchasing Products and Services
- Drop-in: single class, tied to booking, non-refundable if unattended
- Passes: fixed number of sessions, may have expiry
- Memberships: recurring plans with automatic renewal unless cancelled 4 days before the renewal date.
- Private Training (PT): 1:1 or 1:2 sessions by appointment, or small group training up to 3 participants
- Workshops/Events: separately priced, not included unless stated
- Gift Cards: redeemable for eligible services, never for cash
Activation:
- Passes activate on the date of the first booking.
- Memberships activate on the purchase date
Age: Regular sessions are open to clients 16 years and older.
All sales are final, except where suspension rights (see §7) or withdrawal rights (see §5) apply.
3. Conclusion of Agreement
- Online purchases are binding but become final only upon email confirmation from THRIOM.
- Offers are valid for up to 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Errors in confirmations must be reported within 8 days.
- If a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, THRIOM may cancel and refund.
4. Price and Payment
- Prices shown in EUR, VAT included
- Payment due at purchase (classes/events must be paid before attendance)
- Accepted methods: cards shown on site/app or at front desk
- Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled 4 days before renewal
- Failed payments may lead to retries, suspension, or cancellation
5. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)
For online purchases, Clients may withdraw within 14 days without reason.
Exceptions:
- Services fully performed with prior consent (e.g., classes already taken)
- Personalised goods/services
To exercise: email info@thriom.com. Refunds made within 14 days via original payment method.
6. Attending Sessions
Booking: Reserve via site/app; waitlists available. Confirmation is by booking or waitlist promotion notice.
Check-in: Please check in at least 5 minutes before start. Late entry is not permitted; early exits discouraged.
Cancellations: Must be done ≥12 hours before start (site/app only).
Late Cancel / No-Show penalties:
- You loose the class
Studio Rules
- Opening hours: Mon–Fri 07:00–21:00; Sat–Sun 09:30–13:00
- Conduct: Please respect other clients; phones must be silent; filming or photography is not permitted without prior consent
- Use of space: Equipment must be cleaned and returned after use; appropriate attire is required
- Footwear Policy:
For hygiene and safety reasons, THRIOM operates a no-outdoor-shoe policy throughout the studio. Outdoor footwear must be removed upon entry and stored in the designated shoe area. Access to the functional training area is permitted only with clean, indoor-only training shoes. Protective shoe covers may be provided for studio tours or exceptional circumstances. THRIOM reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the studio in case of non-compliance. - Reformer Pilates – Anti-grip socks: For hygiene and safety reasons, anti-grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates sessions. Clients who do not have appropriate socks with them will be required to purchase a pair at the reception prior to accessing the Reformer Pilates room. THRIOM reserves the right to deny participation in the session in case of non-compliance.
- Lockers: Lockers are available for same-day use only; items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then donated
- Personal belongings: THRIOM is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of personal items
Schedule changes: If THRIOM cancels, the class will be credited or reasonably rescheduled.
7. Suspension Policy
- One suspension per year, taken in a single block, min 1 week / max 3 weeks
- Medical suspensions: up to 3 months with doctor’s note (provided within 10 days of start)
- Request by email ≥5 days before start
8. Rights and Liability
- THRIOM owns all IP in brand, schedules, and content
- THRIOM provides services with professional care (obligation of means)
- THRIOM not liable for indirect losses, personal belongings, third-party acts, or app/website outages
- Independent practitioners (physio/massage) are solely responsible for their services
- Clients assume risks of physical activity; waiver applies except where prohibited by law
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed under THRIOM’s Privacy Policy (available on our website).
10. Force Majeure
Neither party liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control (strikes, pandemics, floods, etc.). If >90 days, either may terminate without liability.
11. Assignment
THRIOM may subcontract or assign obligations. Memberships/passes are personal and non-transferable.
12. Miscellaneous
If any clause is invalid, the remainder stands. Delays in enforcement are not waivers. Original version is English; in case of conflict, English prevails.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution; failing that, jurisdiction lies with the Tribunal of Milan, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
